Sussex County Community College is seeking an Assistant Softball Coach for the 25-26 Season. This role will serve as the Assistant Coach for the Women's Softball Program at SCCC and will play a key role in supporting the head coach in preparing and training the team for a successful season. This individual will help to design training and game programs, organize and supervise players, and communicate effectively with all member of the College and the community.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A strong understanding of the sport
- Excellent motivational skills
- Effective teamwork abilities
In addition, the ideal candidate will have an appreciation for physical fitness, teamwork and sportsmanship, be able to adapt to changes productively and support the value of education.
$4,500 for the Season.
Qualifications:
- Previous playing/coaching of softball preferred. Knowledge of rules associated with sports is required.
- A valid driver's license is required.
