Job DescriptionPosition Overview
This position assists with gameday hospitality support (access and logistics), assists with special event planning, and provides Bulldog Club administrative support as needed.
Responsibilities - Assist with gameday hospitality support (access and logistics) and oversee gameday workers, including scheduling (football and men's basketball)
- Provide Bulldog Club administrative support as needed
- Execute Bulldog Club Gameday Hospitality (i.e. football, men's basketball, and women's basketball) and special events planning and logistics
- Solicit football, men's basketball, and women's basketball season ticket holders for hospitality opportunities
- Assist with other one-off athletic events (team-specific engagement events)
- Other duties as assigned by Associate Director - Bulldog Club
Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Organizational skills; ability to multi-task/manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Demonstrated flexibility, creativity, strategic-thinking skills; willingness to take initiative and learn
- Positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills along with strong customer service skills
- Proven ability to work independently, collaboratively, and within a team structure
- Proficiency in office software systems such as: MS Word, Office, Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred Qualifications Desired candidate will have outstanding verbal communication skills and be able to work effectively with donors, season ticket holders, student-athletes, coaches, administrators, and other athletic staff
