As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing programs that support our Americas Sales regions in Latin America.
As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will be the face of Marketing to your region, driving growth targets development and execution of marketing programs, directly impacting pipeline generation and strengthening our brand in the industry. You will have a demonstrated track record of improving data insights to identify positive outcomes and gaps to drive marketing plans and programs on time, on budget, with measurable results.

Lead promotion of regional marketing programs, including Splunk-led events, regional sponsorships, executive events, hands-on workshops and more, to showcase customer success and demonstrate the value of Splunk to support new customer acquisition and expansion.
Collaborate with supporting marketing functions including Americas programs and campaigns, global event marketing, customer marketing and others to build and coordinate overall regional strategy and integrate field programs into buyer’s journey.
Identify and translate key content assets for various Latin American marketing campaigns based on regional needs, use cases, industries, and market maturity.
