We are offering a 12-month coordinator role, based in our downtown Toronto office effective May 2026 to May 31, 2027. This full-time paid role will support various groups across the business including but not limited to Marketing and Fan Development and Corporate Partnerships. This will be an opportunity to explore all aspects of the business of professional football through challenging project assignments, mentoring relationships, and networking opportunities.
Throughout your internship we will ensure you have continuous development opportunities to help grow and improve your skills and to support you in your own personal growth. This includes providing clear expectations through goal-setting and regular, constructive feedback; integrating learning opportunities into your daily work practices; and offering training programs including Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint, Presentation & Impact Skills and Recruitment & CV Workshops.
Responsibilities:
- The selected candidate will support the Canadian business in the following ways:
- Partnership Relations: day-to-day support on select accounts and on selected initiatives for those
- Community & Event Management: Preparation for NFL Kickoff and other key marketing tentpole events throughout the season, support on community events in market, i.e. NFL Flag
- Marketing and Fan Development: Support the execution of our season long campaigns, including influencer kit recommendations and sourcing, social & digital content planning, competitive tracking,
- Database & CRM Marketing: Support database marketing programs as required including email newsletters development and other data acquisition programs.
- Website management: Updating our Canadian specific webpages and content tray, ensuring the website is optimized week to week
- corporate partners.
- Partnership Management: Lead the fulfillment of all merchandise and ticket requests, for partners, charitable organizations and all other requirements.
- Road Trips: Support with Partner Road Trips to NFL games
- Reporting: Support with partner campaign reporting, including season wrap reports
- Admin Support: helping with key administrative duties, such as purchase orders, contract support and shipping
Required Qualifications:
- Recently completed Undergraduate program (preferred, but not required)
- Preferred Major and Coursework: Suggested but not limited to Business, Economics, Marketing, Sports Management, or Communications
- OR 2-3 years of relevant work experience
- Have a natural passion for the business of sport
- Strong organizational, analytical, and critical thinking skills
- Clear & concise communicator, written and oral.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and stakeholders, in a matrix organization
- Must be proactive and a team player and collaborator
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
The internship will be full-time paid role (40 hours per week), based out of the NFL Canada office, in Toronto. The candidate will be required to work 4 days minimum in the office and overtime during busy periods, plus the weekends for the International Games fixtures and activations. All candidates require an active passport, as there will be a requirement to travel as part of the role. The successful candidate will need to submit to NFL background security clearance check.
