The Live Orchestration Department at DE&E Technology consists of agile and responsive teams of technicians that perform the daily processes and proceduresrequiredto run our live and on-demand streaming video products. The department’s responsibilities consist of round-the-clock support for these products, ensuring proper functionality across all platforms. Oversight includes both Linear and Event based content, hands-on operational and procedural support for our products, including system health monitoring and incident management, in addition to live and VOD streaming media orchestration using proprietary software.
A qualified Streaming Media Lead is a key member of a daily operations team responsible for delivering high profile media products tomarket. Bypossessingadvanced workflow knowledge and operational experience, this Lead has exceptional and specializedexpertisein an analytical/scientific method or operational process, typically developed through a combination of job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience. In addition, responsibilities will include collection and organization of data files that drive platforms duringoptimaland service-outage incidents, and perform client and product support as needed, which can include holidays,nightsand weekends.
