Learfield is seeking a Senior Partnership Solutions Coordinator to join our Sports Properties team and support the execution of multi-channel corporate sponsorships on campus. This role plays a key part in bringing partnerships to life—managing moderately complex accounts with growing autonomy and helping ensure that all contractual elements are fulfilled with excellence.
In this role, you’ll handle a portfolio of assigned partners, overseeing day-to-day activation efforts and coordinating with internal teams, university staff, and external vendors. You’ll take a hands-on approach to execution while also developing operational processes, contributing to partner recaps, and supporting strategic planning. This role is a strong fit for someone with foundational experience in partnership or event execution who’s ready to take on more ownership, visibility, and complexity in their work.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Manage the fulfillment of assigned partner accounts, coordinating across sales, university, and vendor stakeholders to deliver sponsorship assets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with university partners, athletic department staff, and internal stakeholders—serving as a trusted and respected representative of both Learfield and the university.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in sports management, marketing, business, communications, or related field.
