The Nike Retail Supervisor is a customer-focused leadership role that serves as the face of the brand in a fast-paced, high-volume retail environment. This position helps guide customers toward the best products for their needs while working closely with the store team to deliver outstanding service and achieve shared goals. More than managing product flow from stockroom to sales floor, the role plays a key part in creating memorable shopping experiences, supporting teammates, and bringing energy, initiative, and a strong “just do it” mindset to every shift.
