The USA Basketball Foundation is seeking aspiring sports industry professionals for its Torch Leadership in Sport Mentoring Program, a year-long mentorship initiative designed to support students from HBCUs, Hispanic-Serving Institutions, and AANAPISI institutions. Participants are paired with USA Basketball leaders and staff for personalized mentorship, professional development, networking opportunities, exclusive access to USA Basketball events, and hands-on experiences that help prepare them for careers in the sports industry.
