The Milwaukee Bucks are seeking a Special Event Ticketing Event Programmer to support the setup, management, and execution of ticketing operations for concerts, live events, and other non-Bucks events at Fiserv Forum. In this role, you will build and manage events within Ticketmaster systems, oversee ticket inventory and seating manifests, coordinate presales and VIP allocations, monitor sales trends, support box office and access control operations, and serve as a liaison between promoters, Ticketmaster, and arena stakeholders. You will also assist with event-day ticketing operations, financial settlements, customer service escalations, and reporting, helping ensure a seamless experience for fans, promoters, and partners.
