OverallPurpose of the Role:

The positionis responsible forsupporting all aspects of digitalmarketingcampaignsforLucasfilm, Marvel Studiosand 20thCentury Studio titlesataRegionaland UKlevel. This will spanTheatrical release through toEHV and Pay 1windows;as well asStudioDTC Original Feature and Episodic releases.Whilstthe primary focus of the role will supportEMEA, theDigital Marketing Managerwillbe requiredtoalso supportUK activations & campaign elementsas relevant. The role will includedevelopment ofDigitalMarketingstrategy for EMEA, as well as managing material/contentcreation,localizationand rolloutplans.TheManagerwill alsobe requiredto build out an influencer strategy acrossallstudio releases.

A core component of the role will be to explore new influencer activation opportunitiesdevelopedat a regional level, collaborating with both social and PR teamsas well as supporting the role outandmanagement of Global/International influencer initiatives, in addition to executing paid influenceractivations tosupport the UK marketing campaigns.The role will work closely with all content developers both in market &withU.S. Global teams.

The role will also support the Publicity team during talent tours. TheManagerwillbe responsible fororigination and creation of all house materials (photography & AV) during premieres, as well as coordination and delivery of supporting digital assets for Disney owned social channels to be used in the UK, EMEA and globally. In addition, theMangerwillbe responsible forideation and logistical management of digital content capture during junkets.

TheDigital Marketing Manager will managerelevantday-to-day agencyrelationshipsincluding campaign briefs, ideationsessionsand creative material origination.

A key responsibilityincludesreportingand analysis ofthe abovetotheSenior Manager& Director as well as wider teams.

The Digital Marketing Manager will alsobe responsible formanaging their campaign budget, ensuring cost efficiencies are made where possible.

TheDigital Marketing Manager willworkclosely with the SeniorDigitalMarketingManager to ensure all efforts are aligned as per the directive of theStudioMarketing leadership. This role requiresclosecollaborationwithSocial, PR, marketing & partnerships teams to ensure cohesion and streamlining of campaigns. In addition, there is close liaison with DCVI, CSR, Music Group and other XLOBs on a regular basis. Maintaining relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure digital activity is aligned to business needs is vital.

TheManagerwillhave a Coordinator and Intern supporting themwiththeday-to-dayactivities and willbe responsible foroverseeing theircareer and personaldevelopment.

Areas of Responsibility:

CampaignStrategy

Developtheoverall campaign strategy& filmmaker presentations:

Work closely with social & media teams to build a detailed regional digital marketing strategy for each release

Include regional influencer strategy, offering regional as well as in-marketing opportunities and ideas

Work closely with wider teams to complete and present where relevant filmmaker presentations

Develop and provide campaign materials (Images, AV andsocial):

Coordinate and deliver creative concepts to be used across campaigns across EMEA and in the UK

Coordinate materiallaunchdates and manage AV material localization process with relevant teams and agencies

Work with agencies to ideate and capture content to be used on Disney-owned social accounts

Work with relevant content creators to ideate and create content to sit on creator-owned and Disney-owned accounts were possible

Work closely with social & insights team to build out content plans that service campaign needs based on feedback

Service material hosting destinations such as DDS and Getty

Direct and supportdigital marketingcampaigns across the EMEA markets:

Manage regular calls on local market campaign ideas and service strategic guidance on positioning/targeting, ideasharingand best practice

Execute pan-Europeancontent creation opportunities in London (and abroad when relevant)

Streamline and manage campaign result sharing across EMEA

Campaign Events

Help organize and overseespecial events

Proactive anticipation and response to studio publicity requirements

Initiate digital press opportunities, such as virtual junkets, live streams, junkets, premieres,content creatoreventsetc.

Provide logistical support to help coordinate high profile events including talent tours and premieres including dealing with talent

Lead and deliver material capture from talent tours (generic interviews, photography, B-roll, event sizzles) in-line with defined budget

Coordinate and provide logistical support for social teams to be on the ground to capture content for Disney-owned social channels

Facilitate share out of all junket & premiere materials with EMEA &global digital teams

Disney.xx& Ticketing Sites

Work closely with DI teams to ensure up to date and creativelyaccuratematerials are on the movie pages acrossDisney.xxsites in EMEA

Work closely with EMEA markets & relevant agencies to understand tickets on sale dates andneeds, andcreate ticketing sites where needed.

Relationships

Work closely with the globaldigital,publicityandlocalisationteams in Los Angeles

Coordinate global launch activities,timelinesand material distribution

Day-to-day liaison with the relevant studio teams in the US

Coordinate material requests (written materials,imagesand AV) and localization processes with relevant teams in the US and Europe

Streamline communication between US & EMEA markets to ensure information istimely,local market needs are metand campaign recommendations for Europe

Maintain communication with EMEA & UK Marketing & Publicity teams to ensure all press opportunities are maximised

Work with the senior management

Create and deliver campaigndigital marketing strategy, deckspresentations for filmmaker meetings, Disney Executives, etc.

When required -Represent the department in meetings and events

Liaise with senior stakeholders in US/UK offices on campaign direction,updatesand service strategic recommendations on content

Maintain relationshipswith the other lines of business:

Key point of contact for LOBs oncampaignmaterialsacross allrelease titles the personis responsible for

Strengthen relationships with departments across the business toidentifyand maximize promotional opportunities

Ensurerelevantinformation and idea sharing

Identify & develop integrated activities and materialsto maximise opportunities across the business and to support key franchises

Sustain relationships with relevantagenciesand partners

Liaise with agencies andpartnersif applicable

Manage agenciescampaign andmaterial delivery support from brief through to approval; to be within budget andon-brief

Deliver materials that meet European market’s requirements

Manage the material pipeline and localization needs of available AV materials/ Cost control

Manage ideation and creation of content to support the campaigns either for editorial or social use across EMEA and globally

Supervision:

Day-to-day management ofagencies and partners / vendors

Day-to-day management of team intern

Experience and Professional Qualifications Required:

Extensiveexperience in the entertainment industryspecifically within Film & Home Entertainment

Success in a consumer facing PR/Marketing role within a professional organisationiemajor media company, publisher, or agency

Strong numerical analysis and interpretation skills

Proven ability to think strategically & creatively

Extensive knowledge of digital media,productsand the entertainment industry (Film/Studios PR/Marketing planning an advantage)

Strongcommunicationskills

Confidence presenting to senior stakeholders

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of the film and entertainment industry

Strongknowledgeof the UK and European media landscape

Good understanding of the digital landscape and ability to use key social media platforms
