Position Overview:
As theAnnuityActuarial Finance Lead, you will be responsible for delivering IndividualAnnuityactuarial and finance results,andproviding analysis and recommendations to drive our strategic objectives.You will join the Individual Annuity line in an exciting time! We are executing a strategic pivot- your efforts and expertise will drive insights intotheearnings, capital, and other financial metrics, informing the future of the business.
We are looking for a strategic thought leader that combines theirfinancial accumen as an actuary withtheirperspective of a business leader to drive outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who sees the big picture and brings a business-minded approach to actuarial insights.
This position is withinIndividualSolutions Finance team which supports individual life and annuities.The Finance team provides financialanalysis andprojectionsto drive our business outcomes. This function is critical to fulfilling our purpose to our policyholders and to managing risk and financial results over the life of the business.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Collaborate with ValuationandModelingcentralized functions, andFinancial Planning and Analysis functionto support transparent, accurate, and unified financial calculations and reporting
LeadAnnuityresults forour financial forecasting and goal setting cycle (Goals and Plans)
SupportAnnuitystrategic objectives
Effective prioritization, project managementand maximization of resourcesskills, including theincluding leading cross-functional teams and external consultants, to solve high-impact problems.

The estimated base pay range for this job is:
$111,300.00 - $207,800.00
Pay may vary depending on job-related factors and individual experience, skills, knowledge, etc. More information on base pay and incentive pay (if applicable) can be discussed with a member of the Securian Financial Talent Acquisition team.
