Job Description:The Coordinator of Football Operations provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Ole Miss Football program. This position assists in the daily management of team logistics, program planning, and execution of events to ensure efficient operations and compliance with university, conference, and NCAA regulations.
Job Responsibilities:- Coordinate logistical arrangements for team travel, including transportation, lodging, meals, and itineraries.
- Assist with planning and organizing preseason camps, practices, clinics, and other football-related events.
- Serve as a liaison between the football program and internal athletic department offices (compliance, academics, communications, and facilities).
- Manage team schedules for meetings, recruiting visits, and program activities.
- Support the recruiting staff with official and unofficial visit coordination, including itineraries, catering, and facility preparation.
- Assist in managing game day operations, including player transportation, locker room preparation, and sideline organization.
- Oversee logistics for home and away contests in coordination with athletics administration and event management.
- Maintain accurate documentation
