The Early Careers & Seasonal Recruitment Associate will support full-cycle recruiting efforts across Early Career programs and high-volume Seasonal hiring for various NFL offices. This role is critical to building and sustaining talent pipelines that support both near-term staffing needs and long-term talent development.
The successful candidate will partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, Human Resources, Compensation, Finance, and HR Business Partners to deliver efficient, equitable, and high-quality hiring outcomes that align with the NFL’s vision, mission, and values.
Responsibilities
- Provide full-cycle recruiting support, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer management, for:
- Early career programs (internships, rotational programs, fellowships, entry-level roles)
- High-volume seasonal and temporary roles across multiple departments and locations
- Handle 40–50+ requisitions during peak seasonal periods across multiple departments and locations.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce needs, headcount planning, and role requirements.
- Build and maintain diverse talent pipelines for early career and recurring seasonal hiring.
- Provide regular search updates, hiring insights, and pipeline reporting to stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate candidate and requisition data in Greenhouse.
- Coordinate offer processes and ensure completion of onboarding requirements.
- Represent the NFL at campus events, job fairs, and virtual or in-person recruiting events as needed.
- Ensure compliance with EEO, ADA, and applicable federal and state employment laws.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience (early career, seasonal, or high-volume), or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Demonstrated success managing high-volume requisitions concurrently.
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and HireVue.
- Strong working knowledge of federal and state employment laws and corporate recruiting practices.
- Proven candidate management and stakeholder partnership skills.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.

Travel
- Potential travel during peak recruiting seasons.
Terms & Expected Hours of Work
- Anticipated engagement of up to six months or longer, subject to business needs.
- 40 hours per week required; overtime and/or weekend hours may be necessary during peak recruiting periods.
- FLSA non-exempt.
- This role is with one of the NFL’s third-party agency partners providing recruitment services to the NFL.
