This role extends core ServiceNowSAMPro/HAM capabilities to support regulatory compliance and audit-ready reporting for both internal THIP policies and external frameworks (e.g., NYDFS 500.13, SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001). The position collaborates with the ITAM team and cross-functional stakeholders (Risk, Audit, Security) to design and enforcecontrolsensuring a complete,accurate, and current asset inventory. Responsibilities includemaintainingevidence for audits across ITAM-owned asset types (Open-Source, On-Prem software, SaaS licensing, and hardware assets). The role leverages ServiceNow, M365 CoPilot, Power Automate, and other tools to streamline workflows, automate reporting, and enhance global collaboration.

Reporting & Regulatory Evidence
Produce standardized and ad hoc reports for regulators, auditors, and risk teams using ServiceNow, M365 (Excel, SharePoint, Teams), and Power Automate for workflow automation and report distribution.
Automation & Collaboration
Demonstrated ability to support regulatory requirements (e.g., NYDFS 500.13, SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001) through platform controls, procedures, and evidence.
Proficiencyin M365 (CoPilot, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) and Power Automate for workflow automation and reporting.
